Costa Rica has two seasons: the dry season, from October-April, and the Wet season, from May to August. The dry season is when the waters are warm and the waves are less powerful and friendly. That's ideal for people looking forward to learning to surf.

The Green Season, from May-August, is better for advanced surfers. Also known as the wet season, it is the top time for surfing on the Pacific coast, with very reliable SW and W swell, with great spots every day.

The adventure

Imagine your greatest surfing dream and let us help make it a reality. Whether you are a seasoned surfer or a complete beginner, you will experience the magic of catching waves and having a fun adventure. Our certified surf instructors first explain ocean safety, surf techniques and introduce students to the specifics of the location.

We choose the time and location of the lessons depending on various conditions, including tide, weather, swells, and student experience level.

Yoga classes & SUP yoga

The ancient science and art of yoga connect us to our breath, body and spirit. Incorporate yoga’s lifestyle shifts to elevate your life experience on and off of the mat. Alignment-based classes are designed to meet you wherever you are in your practice.

Stand-up paddle yoga is one of the most magical experiences imaginable. Practice and play in the ocean while infusing the natural elements into your practice. Sunset tours are particularly breathtaking.

Aerial silk classes

Swing through the jungle, cultivating strength and flexibility. Beginner to intermediate classes. Aerial silks is one of the monkeys’ favorite ways to get in shape while having fun.

Stand up paddle

Soak in the sunshine and sea breeze while floating on the ocean. Paddle out into the beautiful Pacific and immerse yourself in nature at another level. The SUP tour is also available at a river.
