Growing up surfing the North Atlantic in Lawrencetown, Nova Scotia, Canada, the dream was always of warmer waters. After 15 years of exploring the coast of Mexico, we found our perfect spot – one with gentle waves and a sandy bottom for beginners and big swells for the more experienced surfers.

Cerritos Surf Residences offers a unique vacation rental experience. We combine full-time ownership in the convenience of condominiums with boutique hotel amenities. These include a reception desk, on-site restaurant, lobby bar, swimming pools, gym, and spa.

The condominiums are thoughtfully appointed and include everything needed for an enjoyable stay. With a full kitchen in each unit, guests have the option of preparing their meals. Alternatively, they can dive in and embrace the local flavor or enjoy the convenience of food prepared and delivered.

The Cerritos Beach location is perfect for families and couples who wish to experience the true beauty of Mexico’s southern Baja region.
