The surf
Playa Venao is an exposed beach break that has very consistent surf. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the ideal swell direction is from the south. The waves at the beach break both left and right. The best surf conditions are around mid-tide when the tide is falling. Playa Venao is a famous wave that can get crowded. Dangerous rips are a hazard of surfing here.

Selina River Venao is home to the largest coworking space in town, with high-speed wifi, meeting rooms, shared desks, and plenty of natural light.
