The surf
Our charters are recommended for intermediate/advanced surfers. The waters surrounding the islands offer year-round epic waves up to 15 ft, perfect rights and lefts, reef and point breaks, spitting tubes, and incredibly fun rides.
The best time to surf in the Mentawai Islands is during the dry season which is between March and October/November. However, the best waves are known to hit the coast from June until September (best for advanced surfers). Beginners and intermediate surfers can find great conditions all year long.

The boat
Sola Gracia is an impeccably built 23m luxurious surf charter boat that offers the 4 S’s: stability, speed, and smooth sailing. Ensuring a comfortable and luxurious experience in the Mentawai Islands.
Awesome views with large windows all throughout, loaded with eco-efficient motors and indoor air conditioners are only a few of the great features this boat has.
All rooms (which are shared berths with 3-4 single beds each) are furnished with comfy beds, luxury linens, reading lights, and last but not least, international power outlets. As for the bathrooms; they are entirely filled with top-quality bathroom equipment. The upper deck is a very spacious area full of beanbags, sofas, and plenty more room to entertain yourself and watch the perfect waves and sunset that Indonesia offers.
All guests will have breakfast, lunch, and dinner included (and made by an amazing chef) besides 10 cases of Bintang (beer) per trip, unlimited filtered water, soft drinks, and hot beverages. Everyone is allowed to use all the fishing, snorkeling, speargun equipment we possess and go on shore excursions with all necessary zone permits.
We offer exclusive charter prices available for all trips catering for up to 11 guests and non-exclusive charters for individual bookings or smaller groups that do not want to have the exclusivity of the entire vessel (keep in mind that we need minimum 8 guests to run a trip).
