Who’s it for

Tahiti can be a great place to learn to surf and an even better place to take your surfing to the next level if you are ready. There are some playful waves for surfers just getting started and abundant waves for barrel hunters.

When to go

Tahiti’s southern coast (think: Teahupo’o) has a peak season from April to October, but this isn’t to say the off-season is flat. Generally speaking though, the North side will be more active in Winter, from November to March.
